My visit on 2-15-24 went very well. The appointment was on time and the service delivered was excellent. My mouth didn’t regained the feeling until almost 5 hours after being administered but I guess that’s normal.

Just left my first visit at Bencaz. Everyone from the girls at the front desk, to all the people I saw in the back were super nice. They called me back to be seen within minutes of me sitting down. From what I saw, the office was very clean. They gave me a treatment plan and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, it was a great visit and I’ll definitely be sticking with this office.

11/2023 update: Again, Bencaz exceeded expectations. Dr. Wilkinson did prep & a crown for an old filling that finally broke. He was amazingly gentle, efficient & did a Great job❣️ Had my quarterly deep clean with Bren, who’s also great❣️ I’m scheduled to see them again in 3 months. They’ve done a great job of helping me correct & manage my issues caused by medical problems. I can’t say enough good things about them❣️ hygienist, doctors & receptionists ❣️ I came to Bencaz about 2 years ago from another local dentist. I’d been with them 7+years,& was having billing issues. Bencaz was able to correct 2 years of work I needed (that was covered), and has significantly helped me get things back on track. If you get to see Mrs. Laura; you’re lucky, she’s the best❣️ I’ve had 2 dentists here and both have been wonderful, especially considering my high needs when I came to them ❣️ they’ve worked with me on appointments, getting me to two specialists & I definitely recommend them ❣️😊

Going to dentist can uneasy. When walking through the door office staff greet you with very positive greetings make you feel welcome. Doctor and his staff very professional and make you feel very comfortable. He is also concerned about you and your feelings and your health. I would recommend my friends and family to visit them.

The front desk staff were courteous and prompt checking me in. I had a 5 pm appointment and checked in around 4:15 pm. The dental hygienist took me back to the exam room within 5 minutes of my checking in to my delight! Dr Brown took time to exam my teeth thoroughly and have a casual conversation about vacations and his family’s favorite place to visit.

I’ve been a fan of Bencaz Dental since we started except for a brief stint with a provider who isn’t there anymore but I’ve been especially impressed by our new dentist. Dr. Wilkinson is so good! All of my kids have noticed the difference in his treatment, the way he cares about them and communicates with them. He just called to check on my daughter who had a not so fun afternoon after a tricky tooth pill yesterday and back when my son had a repair done that seemed to have not been done correctly by the previous provider (my assumption not his words) he worked hard to keep him comfortable and checked on him several times as well. I was [this.close] to switching dentist offices before Dr. Wilkinson and I’m so happy I didn’t!

Great experience at this dental office. Was a little nervous what they would suggest for my care plan. Previously visited another dentist office which wanted $550 up front and was referring me to a periodontist. After getting X-rays Dr. Brown confirmed everything looked good and Ms. Annie would take care of me and get my teeth all cleaned up. Annie told me she would have to do a deep cleaning. I was really fearing this because I had I deep cleaning before with the water jet and it caused a lot of pain. Annie was very good with the water jet. I had no pain at all. She was informative and took her time explaining what she was going to do and why she was doing it. This has been the best dental cleaning I’ve ever received. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a dentist. And did I mention they were less then half the cost of the other dentist.

I visited this office last week and I just felt the need to go on here and review this place. I LOVE the inviting environment the staff makes for their guests! I always get nervous getting x-rays done, but the assistant, Madalyn, walked me through the process and eased my anxiety. I am so glad that Bencaz ensures we are taken care of!

He even calls you at home to check after a significant procedure.

The dental care is great; I’ve seen multiple different hygienists, dental assistants, and dentist and had great care from each and every one of them. Everything is very clean and properly sterilized as well. Would highly recommend for all your dental needs.

My last visit, which was about a month ago was awesome. They are so informative. Nothing is done without your knowledge. There was also a person that was training with my Dr and his patience with her was extraordinary. It kept me at peace seeing how we were both treated. I so love my dentist staff.

As a mother of two toddler boys, life is hectic and my brain is often filled with appointment dates and reminders. I can’t keep up! I went in today thinking my appointment was at 9 am. It was/is….for two weeks from now!! They accommodated me anyway and found an opening to get me in. Taylor was an incredible hygienist and was patient with me and so kind. I went there to get a 2nd opinion about a year ago and have been going ever since! I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I get overly anxious and stressed, even if it’s just for a cleaning. Since going to Benecaz, I have been helped by different hygienists and Dr’s each time I’ve gone and have never been disappointed. Today, Annie helped me along with a couple others whom I wish I had gotten their names. Annie was super patient with me and very informative. She listened to my area of concern and made it her mission to help, she even wrote me a list of a few things I can do at home to help. I have never been this pleased with any dental team as I am with Benecaz and I highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

I'm a little ashamed that I've never reviewed this office, but I've recommended it many times. I've been a patient here for years and I don't have a single negative thing to say about any experience I've had. I've had an implant way in the back, root canals, extractions of teeth that were broken off at the gum line and multiple fillings all done by Dr. Wilkinson and I can honestly say he's never REALLY hurt me. There's been some discomfort but I don't recall ever feeling REAL pain as a result of anything Doc Wilkinson did. Amazing dentist, excelllent staff that are friendly and helpful, and a exceptionally clean office. Don't be afraid. Don't put it off. Go to Bencaz Dental.

I was in a panic because we had to be out of there earlier than I saw possible because 4 of them had a concert that evening with a call time one hour earlier than I previously thought. I asked them if we could finish by 4:30 thinking NO FRICKIN WAY! 😫 They made it happen!! Pulled out of the parking lot at 4:29 with everyone seen, payment taken care of and follow ups scheduled. We didn’t feel rushed or like they skipped steps. We liked them before but this made us love them!

This is the first dentist in a long while that I've felt completely comfortable with. Everyone there was so friendly. Wish I remembered the hygienist name, but she was amazing. I have permanent retainers and at my old dentist it was torture to get in between my front teeth. They made me bleed and left me in pain. She got it threaded through no problem and no pain. I will definitely be back

They’re hours alone will make you wanna use them. The staff will make you want to even more. They’re all so sweet and extremely accommodating. I had an amazing pediatric dentist who wiggled my lip in a way that I never even felt the needle for the numbing shots. I was always afraid of adult dentists because I was sure no one could do it like he did. To my pleasant surprise they did exactly that. Never felt a thing. I’ll be going to Bencaz as long as they’re in business!

Love this place! I love my Hygienst, Annie, who I see every time. She does a great job on my teeth and always educates me on what I need to do as far as my oral health. This place is 40 minutes from my house but I would rather drive that and go somewhere I love than go somewhere where right by my house that I don’t like.

I had not been to a dentist in almost 10 years when I went to them 2 weeks ago. To be honest, I cried sitting in the chair when I got there. Annie, my hygienist, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and get me my 2 appointments with her so that Dr. Brown could get to work! And even with his busy schedule, Dr. Brown managed to squeeze me in his schedule because he knew how self conscious I was about my tooth that was giving me trouble. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with them so far!

I have gone to them for years before great flood of 2016 and I was working an hour away one way from home so finding a dentist was impossible until I found Bencaz. They work late on some evenings till like 7 & are open on Saturdays! They realized people who worked 40 plus hours had a need for this & added more Dentists, & more girls to office! Everyone has always been so nice & they always call n text to remind u of upcoming appointments! I am seeing them next week n I am nervous like most people are but I know they have many options to make my visit a positive one! Thank u Bencaz for seeing the need for expanded hours for those of us who can't always take off work and adding more dr's n extra employees it is much appreciated!!
I have been coming to Dr. Wilkinson at Bencaz for a little over 5 years now; the service is exceptional every time I step foot in the office. I had a lot of anxiety regarding dentistry work, and this has been the most compassionate dentist office I have ever stepped foot in. From the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dental assistants, to the dentists themselves; they are all amazing. I recommend Bencaz to everyone. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. Oddly enough, I genuinely love going to the dentist because if this place. Everyone here is so friendly and I enjoy every visit I make. I just had an appointment yesterday and left telling my friend I hate that I only get to go every 6 months.
I am not a fan of the Dentist, never have been. I had a broken front tooth that was making me very self conscience. I decided to give Bencaz a try and I feel fantastic today. Dr Chadwick is an artist. My tooth looks like it always did and I am so happy. I was worried about the money it was going to cost and I was surprised at the options available for treatment. I found everyone to be very caring and Hailey took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. This may be the best dental practice I have ever been to in all my 60 years. I am so thankful for everyone who works at this office. I’m gonna come off extremely cheesy for this but I went in with super bad mouth pains and they did EVERYTHING they could to help get me in and cleaned up the same day. I was in so much pain I couldn’t do anything, and after they helped me I was in immediate relief. The nurse who first saw me was awesome and could see I was in a lot of pain and did everything she could to help. Then dr noles explained everything and then the lady who did my teeth took the time to help me not be nervous and explained everything as she did it to make me feel comfortable. And I am so grateful for them for my teeth to feel so much better. They are amazing here and I am so happy they were able to help me and fit me in!!!!

All the staff at Bencaz were super nice and made me feel very relaxed about the whole process. They also helped me build out a plan to deal with any problem teeth / cavities, and worked with me to schedule them in a way that fit my schedule and budget. I am a very unchangeable person. My dentist of 40 or so years retired. I have been recommended to dr brown at Bencaz clinic by a family member. He and Annie made me feel as at ease as I could be. I ended up with an issue which was caught on X-ray. I’m still nervous but feel I’m been served well with good information on my oral health.

Highly recommend going here! Just got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and it was the best experience. Dr.Wilkinson and his dental assistant were amazing. I don’t know if it was the medicine I was on to relax me but it felt like it he was doing the extractions no more than 10 minutes, it didn’t take long at all. Which was one of my fears was I was gonna be in the chair for a while getting them extracted. He kept checking on me and making sure I was ok during the extractions and made sure I wasn’t feeling it before he pulled. While getting the numbing shots he talked me through it, and kept comforting me. He made sure I was ok to stand and walk and his dental assistant even assisted me in walking to the front. They were patient with me, answering all of my silly questions. The doctor even made sure to get my driver so she could hear all that he was saying Incase I forgot. It was just all around a great experience. I have to get some fillings and honestly excited to go back.

I needed to start going to the dentist regularly. They were very polite and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the dentist chair. Will be recommending Bencaz family dentistry to anyone I talk to.
I went in on 9/10/18 for all 4 wisdom teeth to be removed by Dr. Wilkinson, they told me I’d have to book ahead about two weeks to get him on a good time and date, so that should tell you how in-demand he is. I was nervous as could be about getting them out, but Dr. Wilkinson and his assistant were friendly, humorous, and made me feel more comfortable. The procedure took less than 30 minutes and I have virtually no pain/swelling a day after! Bencaz is my home dentistry and I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else now!
Handles down the best place to go for any dental work. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Casey is our dentist and he is truly one of the best professionals I've seen. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They are open after hours and Saturdays. For the life of me, I can't see why you wouldn't go here.
My wife had a extreme tooth ache that started toi hurt on a Sunday of coarse. Sh e was in a lot of pain all day and I called Bencaz DDS first thing Monday morning. They had the tooth out by 9:30 am. My wife said they was awesome! Thanks for the help today!

I went in for a routine dental cleaning and I absolutely love Bencaz Family Dentistry! My experience was beyond fantastic! Dr Brown and Kodi made me feel comfortable and made me feel like family! Ten out ten-- definitely recommend Bencaz!
Took my kids here and did not have a good experience with the secretary's were not nice and lost one of my insurance cards made me go look for it out side in my car, well everywhere and I told her I am sure I have you all the cards, she then rudely said that I had not gave her that one card and that she returned all of them they wouldn't see the kids until she had the card.. Well 20 minutes later she found my card under her keyboard and only because I was already upset and told her I gave you all the kids info And cards her response was no I don't have it then looked around and pushed her keyboard and bam there it was she just laughed and said oh here it is... She did not even say am sorry or Anything at this point I was very annoyed. The Dentist that cared for my kids were good and showed kindness and explained to me what I needed to know but my oldest child needs work they said I needed to wait for a call from them with in a week or 2 but they never got back to me.

Dentist are a dime a dozen in this area but a great dentist is hard to find! I was told by other dentist I needed to have a lot of expensive work done, a crown/root canal. One visit to Bencaz and they tell me that a filling is sufficient and that I have ZERO cavities! Thank you Bencaz office for not taking advantage of me!! It means a lot to have a dentist & hygienist say 'you have beautiful teeth'.
My hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly. My work schedule changes frequently and on short notice but the scheduling staff is always accommodating.
I was really nervous about my visit, but there was no need to be. Everyone there was very friendly and made me feel very well cared for. I was embarrassed the last time I visited a dentist, so I never returned. I am happy to be returning to Bencaz for my next visit.

This was my first time having an appointment at this Bencaz location and I loved it so much that it will now be my routine place to visit. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed my hygienist Sierra. The staff was very professional and curtious when checking me in and out and I loved the atomosphere with the Halloween decorations! The office manager Alisha was very knowlegable on all the questions I had and took time out of her day to explain everything to me. It is a very clean and organized place and I can’t wait for my next visit!

First of all, I don’t like going to the dentist. As a child I didn’t like it and definitely not as an adult since I was now paying for my dental care. I broke one of my front teeth and kept putting it off, then today another piece broke today making it very noticeable. I had to get it fixed. Long story short, I ended up at Bencaz Family Dentistry today. It was the best experience I’ve ever had, Dr. Brown is AMAZING! He left me feeling like a million bucks and I didn’t pay an arm & leg either. I’ve found my dentist to say the least. I looked at a few local offices before deciding where do I want to make my home dentist office at and all I seen was great reviews for Bencaz Family Dentistry so I made my apartment. When i did she went over everything with me and how much it would cost. My son came with me and they could have not been better with him and played with him! I got a full plan on what i need to do and how important it was to do now or could wait a few months and how much it would even cost when i do it! Would tell anyone looking for a new office to go there!

Dr. Noles and my hygienist have worked miracles on my teeth and gums during the past year. They eliminated a food trap by replacing one of my crowns. This enabled my gum to heal and saved my tooth. All the staff at the Veterans Blvd. location are friendly, courteous and efficient. I would recommend Dr Noles and Bencaz Dentistry.

Bencaz Family Dentistry (their Veterans Blvd location) is excellent! I'm sure their office on N Hummell is excellent too, but I don't go to that office. The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel relaxed during your visit. Dr. Russ Noles is very kind, knowledgeable, gentle, down to earth, and funny. He and the entire staff do their best to make their patients feel comfortable and have a great experience. Spring, one of their hygienists, is the best!

After a terrible experience at another dental office, I called Bencaz Family Dentistry. They got me in immediately and took very good care of me. Being super anxious, I honestly wasn't expecting Dr. Brown and his staff to be so comforting and helpful. I am so thankful for the care and hospitality I received!

I have been so afraid of dentists since a bad experience with a childhood dentist. A toothache sent me to Bencaz Family Dentistry. I can honestly say after my first visit most of my fear was gone. Going in every six months for checkups and cleanings made me feel more and more comfortable! I recently had a bridge put in with very little apprehension! The staff is awesome, always made me feel comfortable, were very friendly and knowledgeable and always welcomed me with a smile and friendly face. My son broke his tooth yesterday at baseball � practice and they got us in immediately. They gave us the plan and focused on my son. My son is 11 years old and was very anxious... I liked that they were fast and efficient because my son was so anxious and scared. They tried to save the tooth but we were unable to--- so we have a temporary until his permanent bridge in 4-6 weeks. We left there and you would not know that my son's front tooth was not real. Image is a big deal for his age group and it made me feels better. When scheduling the follow up appointment the dentist was willing to make arrangements to meet our schedule even though he had a flight scheduled later that day. We could not have asked for better treatment. Me, my husband and 2 kids were already established patients here but you REALLY have an appreciation when something emergent happens--- that is when you know you have selected the right team. Thanks again to the Bencaz Family Dental team for taking care of us.

Dr. King was awesome!!! My biggest dental visit phobia, the dreaded injection, is now gone thanks to her!!! I was sitting in the chair with clenched fists waiting for her to give the injection. I was thinking when is she going to start so I can get it over with. Then, Dr. King says, "All done"! I NEVER FELT A THING!!!! No offense to any other dentist I've seen, but this is the first time in my 56 years that I have had a painless injection. Plus, the space between my teeth where food was always getting stuck is no longer there!! The staff there was also wonderful and treated me so great. Everyone had a smile for me and made me feel welcome!

My daughter is 3.5 and this is her second time coming. Every time she comes they are able to do a little bit more. The hygienist was so super nice to her and made her feel comfortable enough to even be able to do xrays!

Today ( but now yest morning at 8am) I had two fillings and they are so kind , so easy and so much fun ! Went to work and was fine ! Lov going to the dentist being so comfortable !
I was so impressed with the care the staff and dentist provided. Staff was very knowledgeable and very considerate. The assistant did a panoramic x ray instead of a ton of bite wing x-rays, because she knew I was in pain and didn't want to cause me any unnecessary discomfort. I saw Dr. Wilkinson, who was very kind, gentle, and caring. I have many problems with my teeth, and he and his team where able to come up with a great treatment plan. Dr. Wilkinson was not thinking about how much money could be made, in fact he was concerned with resolving my problems in the best and most cost efficient manner. The care he showed was genuine and not superficial in any way. Now I have a treatment plan in place that I can afford and that will truly solve all my problems over multiple visits. I can't begin to tell everyone how blessed I feel, for finding this dental office. I would highly recommend Bencaz Dental Care to all my family and friends (and to you strangers too). If you are looking for a caring, professional dental practice, then you must go to Bencaz Dental Care...you won't be disappointed. I know that my visit was an answered prayer!
